Information Technology Specialist
Runestone Electric Association (REA) is hiring an IT Specialist. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunity for advancement.
The IT Specialist is responsible for assisting in managing the integrity and quality of all devices, networks, operating systems, data and applications, and cybersecurity for the Cooperative. Tasks include coordinating application updates; validating data; creating queries; managing relational databases; purchasing, installing and maintaining hardware and software; solving IT user issues.
Qualifications include post-secondary education (bachelor’s preferred), dedication to accuracy, strong verbal and written communication skills, cybersecurity knowledge and problem-solving ability.
REA is an electric distribution cooperative serving over 15,000 accounts in west central Minnesota.
