Credit Card Help

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE YOUR BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER. This could cause a second transaction from your credit/debit card to occur

Paying Your Bill with a Credit Card

  1. Click on View/Pay My Bill
  2. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the Pay Amount box
  3. Be sure the Pay? box is checked
  4. Verify amount in Pay Total box, Click Pay
  5. Click on Pay with a New Credit Card or use the card you have already stored
  6. Enter your payment information. At the bottom, click on Save this card for future payments if you wish to store your card information.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Approved credit card payments are immediately charged to your credit card once you click Submit. Approved debit card payments will debit from your account within 24 hours after you click Submit. An approval message will appear if the payment was approved. Use the print function of your web browser to keep a copy of this transaction for your personal records, if you desire. You will also receive an email confirmation.

If desired, you can set your E-Bill account to remember your card information for any future transactions. See Stored Accounts.

Stored Accounts

Credit card information can be conveniently stored for future payments. Your account will not be automatically paid from this information unless you set up your account to do so.

  1. Click on Financial Info. from options on the left
  2. Click Add a Credit/Debit Card
  3. Enter card information, using your credit card billing address
  4. Click Add Card
  5. A stored card may be cancelled by selecting it from the stored cards and clicking Cancel on the listed record at the top of the screen

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Credit Card Payment Set Up for Recurring Payments

If you currently have your payment drafted each month from your bank account, you must call our office to be removed from our Automatic Bank Pay program before you will be able to set up a recurring EFT credit card for payment.

  1. Click on Financial Info. from options on the left

  2. Click on Set up Credit/Debit Card hyperlink

  3. Complete the information required on the EFT Credit Card screen, making sure to enter today’s date in the Effective Date

  4. Future payments will be made from your credit card account on the 25th of each month, or the next working day if the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday.

  5. We recommend paying your balance due now. See Paying Your Bill with a Credit Card above.

    *******PLEASE NOTE*******
    The current balance will need to be paid by the due date. This recurring EFT Credit Card payment set up will not take effect until your next bill is generated.

Expired or Cancelled Credit Cards

If your credit card expires or you cancel your card account, remember to come back to REA's E-Bill site and update your information.

Commercial and Irrigation Accounts

Most REA members are able to use credit cards to make payment on their accounts with the exception of commercial accounts and irrigation accounts. However, commercial accounts and irrigation accounts can use all the other features of the E-Bill system.

As the world of technology goes, the site will occasionally be down for maintenance or other reasons. Please try your transaction at a later time if you experience an error. We apologize for the inconvenience.
